Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all designs and analyses comply with relevant electrical codes , standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC), and best practices.


• Provide expert technical guidance on the integration of renewable energy sources (solar, wind) and energy storage systems into the grid.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project requirements, develop solutions, and resolve technical challenges in a fully remote setting .


• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the advancement of the company's technical capabilities in power systems engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.


• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in power system analysis, design, and project execution.


• In-depth knowledge of power system dynamics , protection schemes, and grid interconnection requirements.


• Proficiency with power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, PowerFactory DIgSILENT, PSCAD).


• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical efforts in a fully remote work environment .
