Job summary

Network Finance seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join its R&D team, driving design, development, testing and optimisation of high-performance DC-DC and AC-DC power conversion systems employing SiC/GaN.

You will lead development projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable energy solutions. Requires 5–10 years' experience in power electronics and relevant degrees.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in power electronics design and development.
• Experience developing DC-DC and AC-DC power conversion products from concept to production.
• Knowledge of converter topologies: Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward, Full-Bridge, LLC, Bidirectional DC-DC.
• Hands-on with SiC and/or GaN power devices.
• PCB design and hardware development in high-power/high-frequency applications.
• Proficiency in LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium Designer.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, testing and optimisation of advanced DC-DC and AC-DC power conversion systems using SiC and GaN technologies.
• Lead development projects and mentor junior engineers.
