Job description

What you'll be doing

• Develop and optimise polyurethane formulations
• Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialisation
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot product and application challenges
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives
• Support product launches and customer implementation
• Mentor and develop technical team members

What you'll need

• BSc in Chemistry or Polymer Science
• Postgraduate qualification (MSc/PhD) advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in polymer science or polyurethane R&D
• Strong background in formulation and product development
• Experience with rigid foams, CASE or related applications advantageous
• Proven ability to manage technical projects
• Strong understanding of polyurethane chemistry
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Commercial awareness and solution-driven mindset
