Job summary

Anglo American is seeking an Operations Planning Advisor to provide technical guidance on the Work Management process, including planning, scheduling, and resourcing, within its Engineering & Maintenance team in South Africa.

You will lead practices for high quality work packages, monitor SAP PM workflows, coach teams, and help optimise human and material resources to ensure safe, efficient production across the site.

Qualifications

• 5 years of SAP experience.
• Maintenance and scheduling in mining.
• Budgeting tools knowledge.
• Risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work management process.
• Coach on planning, scheduling and resourcing best practices.
• Ensure SAP workflow integrity and data accuracy.
• Advise on optimising human resources and tooling.
• Facilitate input into the 52-week budget.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling improvements.
