You will lead on-site sessions, mentor junior instructors, and contribute to the studio’s wellness strategy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years certified Pilates experience, advanced certifications, and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as certified Pilates Instructor with advanced certifications (e.g., Stott, Polestar, APPI).
• Experience in developing and implementing fitness or wellness programs.
• Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology related to Pilates.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willingness to work on-site in Benoni, Gauteng with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Pilates classes for individuals and groups (matwork and reformer).
• Assess client fitness, health, and goals to create personalized programs.
• Provide expert instruction with emphasis on form, technique, and safety.
• Develop and implement new wellness programs and fitness challenges.
• Stay updated on Pilates trends and research; refine programs as needed.
• Educate clients on Pilates benefits and other wellness practices.
• Collaborate with fitness professionals for integrated wellness solutions.
• Maintain records, track progress, and communicate client journeys.
• Mentor junior instructors and share best practices.
• Contribute to studio marketing and promotions for new programs.
