Placements24 seeks a Senior Pharmacist with expertise in compounding to join a remote practice serving clients in the Paarl region. The role involves developing and overseeing complex compounded medications and providing expert pharmaceutical consultation.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, with at least 2 years focused on pharmaceutical compounding.
- Current and valid Pharmacist license.
- Knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding techniques and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of specialized compounded pharmaceutical preparations.
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy consultations remotely to healthcare providers and patients.
- Ensure compounding activities adhere to quality control measures and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in compounding techniques and pharmaceutical sciences.
- Collaborate with prescribers to optimize medication therapy for complex patient needs.
- Contribute to development of new protocols and services in specialized pharmacy practice.
