Job summary

You will design end-to-end strategies, conduct various testing types, analyze metrics, and drive optimization with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Strong scripting, test design, and analysis abilities.
• Experience with modern performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration and monitoring practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for applications.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike testing to validate systems.
• Analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and DBAs to improve performance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior testers.
• Create dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and lifecycle.
• Contribute to capacity planning and infrastructure decisions based on insights.
