We are seeking two experienced Senior Performance Testers to support multiple strategic projects currently in execution across the organization. These initiatives span areas such as business separation, digitization, generation turnaround, distribution, and commercial transformation.

The successful candidates will form part of the Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE), a centralized testing function within Group IT that provides independent, specialist testing services to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Testing resources will be assigned across multiple projects, playing a critical role in improving delivery timelines, system performance, and overall software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand non-functional requirements.
• Define the approach and methodology for non-functional testing.
• Produce detailed Performance Test Plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain load, stress, and performance test cases and procedures.
• Develop and maintain non-functional test scripts.
• Execute performance tests and analyze results.
• Log defects and manage retesting through to closure.
• Maintain the non-functional test script repository.
• Plan, execute, and report on all performance-related testing activities within assigned projects.
