Job summary

Fever in Cape Town is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own the end-to-end events lifecycle, from contract finalization to post-event close. You will coordinate with event organizers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery while balancing priorities across departments.

You bring a degree and 4+ years in project management or consulting, strong English and Korean, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract signing to final close.
• Serve as main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and properly executed events.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support handling by the team.
• Ensure all requirements have necessary documentation for project goals.
• On-site presence may be required during launches or key dates.
