Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Senior Paid Social & Client Success Manager focused on Meta Ads for Australian clients. The role blends hands-on campaign management with proactive client engagement to scale lead generation and improve ROI.

You will own multiple client accounts, work with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API, and drive campaigns from strategy to reporting. This remote position offers potential growth into Head of Paid Media as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with Australian or UK clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, launch and optimise Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to improve enquiries and ROI.
• Manage budgets, structures, targeting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking.
• Design and test creatives to identify high-performing ads and audiences.
• Analyze data to improve lead quality, conversions and ROI.
• Reduce CAC through continuous optimisation and scaling of campaigns.
