Job summary

Summit Tech is seeking a senior Meta ads specialist to own campaign performance and client relationships across Australian lead gen accounts. The role is fully remote with overlapping hours to Sydney for live collaboration.

You’ll manage Meta campaigns, creative briefs, tracking setup and performance reporting, while spotting upsell opportunities across websites, SEO and CRM tools. Excellent English and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Meta ads experience with lead gen focus.
• 2+ years in a client-facing account management role at an agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable video calls with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Meta ads ownership: plan, launch and scale lead gen campaigns for Australian clients.
• Own full funnel: offers, creatives, audiences, landing pages, forms and CRM follow-up.
• Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API and lead tracking.
• Brief and produce ad creatives including AI-assisted assets.
• Optimize for lead quality and cost per booked appointment.
