Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing context.
• Proven lead generation, cost reduction and ROI improvement.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API for tracking.
• Strong English communication and cross-border client exposure.
• Ability to work remotely with overlapping hours to Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop lead-generation strategies to generate qualified inquiries and ROI.
• Manage budgets, tracking, optimization and scaling of campaigns.
• Collaborate using Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API to improve performance.
• Develop creative testing strategies and use data to guide optimisations.
• Analyse metrics, identify improvement opportunities and reduce CAC.
• Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Maintain proactive client relationships and accountability.
