Job summary

Addesu is seeking a product-minded paid media specialist to own multiple client campaigns across platforms. You will lead client communications, reporting, strategy, and roadmapping with support from Account Managers.

You will also help design tools and processes with our tech and data teams, shaping your role in a growing digital agency. The ideal candidate has 1+ year managing Google Ads/Meta Ads, strong English, and comfort working remotely with some in-office days in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Comfort leading client communications and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily checks across key clients, prioritising changes to improve performance.
• Conduct routine audits with actionable insights for clients.
• Develop and maintain cross-channel strategy roadmaps, including platform rollouts.
• Manage workload using online tools (Notion) and balance team tasks.
• Monitor team workload and delegate based on priorities and resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues on projects and client work.
• Maintain client communications with regular reporting calls and updates.
