Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months of appointment.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and best practices.
• Both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop long-term operational plans while effectively managing day-to-day operations.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop, motivate, and hold high-performing teams accountable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, route planning, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Decisive, resilient, and collaborative, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work across multiple departments.
