Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with agricultural or wine industry supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
• Manage and mentor a large team of operational staff, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Optimize transportation routes and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
