Qualifications

• Matric with a Management Diploma or relevant management qualification.
• Proven experience in a management or operational leadership role.
• Experience managing service delivery teams in cleaning, hygiene or related services.
• Confident, well-spoken and professional with excellent client-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
• Clear Crim and Credit records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Johannesburg branch, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure clients receive contract cleaning, hygiene and related services in line with service levels.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients as a senior point of contact.
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally and resolve promptly.
• Support Operations Managers and teams to achieve service delivery and performance objectives.
• Conduct regular client/site visits nationally to monitor standards and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor operational reports, identify trends or concerns and act to correct.
• Oversee branch payroll, budgets and expenditure with cost control.
• Manage staff matters including performance, discipline, leave and policies.
• Identify growth opportunities and promote the full range of services.
