Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising and development.
• Experience in major gifts fundraising, corporate partnerships, and grant management.
• Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in donor management software (CRM) and fundraising platforms.
• Understanding of the non-profit sector and the philanthropic landscape in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet organizational financial goals.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with individual major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Oversee grant writing, research, and reporting processes.
• Plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals.
• Manage and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Analyze fundraising data and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes for the Randburg based operations.
