Job summary

Reflex is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to deliver advanced technical support across managed client environments. You will own complex incidents, trace traffic flows, and understand diverse client networks. The role includes mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with the Architecture and Platform team.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation and cross-functional coordination are essential. Travel to client sites may be required to ensure service quality and effective problem

Qualifications

• Strong practical understanding of routing, switching, VLANs and WAN technologies.
• Firewall, NAT, VPN troubleshooting expertise.
• DNS/DHCP and authentication dependency knowledge.
• Ability to trace traffic and explain network behavior with evidence.
• Proven documentation and SOP writing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex client incidents escalated from Tier 1/2.
• Map client networks, traffic paths, dependencies and service topology.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead investigations with clear documentation.
• Develop SOPs, guides and knowledge base articles for repeat incidents.
• Coordinate investigations with internal teams, clients and vendors.
