The candidate will lead network architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and security assessments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and stay ahead of evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive network engineering experience with fibre optics.
• Expertise in routing (BGP, OSPF) and switching.
• Hands-on experience with DWDM, GPON, and FTTx.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Strong security understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification desirable.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect fibre optic network solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and integration of routers, switches, and optical transmission equipment.
• Analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
