Job summary

Pinewood.AI is seeking a senior (hands-on) Developer to join our Cape Town hub, shaping the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform. You will work closely with UK teams to deliver scalable features and robust integrations across the full software lifecycle.

You will contribute across the stack (C#, .NET, SQL, HTML/JS) while advancing CI/CD, DevOps practices, and high engineering standards in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Developer with SaaS/enterprise software experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL.
• Experience with HTML/JavaScript and Razor.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods and full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver features across Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform.
• Collaborate with UK Product & Engineering teams to implement new functionality and integrations.
• Remain hands-on in coding and solution design on the .NET stack.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms via APIs.
• Support CI/CD, tooling, and engineering practices for scalable solutions.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose complex integration and performance issues across distributed teams.
