Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with leadership in backend initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in .NET Core / C# for RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing distributed enterprise systems using Clean Architecture and SOLID.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge: schema design, indexing, tuning.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews.
• Excellent communication of architecture decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET Core/C#.
• Lead system design decisions prioritising scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Guide integration between backend services and Vue.js frontend.
• Drive DevOps maturity and testing standards, code quality improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and identify/mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate across distributed teams and participate in architectural discussions.
