NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Security Engineer to ensure secure design, development, testing and deployment of software solutions within a Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

You will work with software engineers, architects and DevOps to embed security across the SDLC and to implement authentication, encryption and secure communication mechanisms. The role involves conducting security reviews, identifying vulnerabilities and guiding remediation, configuring security tooling, and supporting threat

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software engineering, application security, or secure solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience securing .NET and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with security testing, code scanning and vulnerability management tools.
• Proven ability to embed security across the SDLC and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct security reviews of designs, architectures, and codebases.
• Identify, assess, and remediate application security vulnerabilities.
• Perform secure code reviews for .NET applications and guide remediation.
• Support authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure communication.
• Configure and maintain security tooling including SAST/DAST.
• Collaborate with development teams to address vulnerabilities identified via assessments and pen tests.
• Support threat modelling and security risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain security standards, guidelines, and secure coding practices.
• Assist with security incident investigations and remediation.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to security awareness and knowledge sharing within engineering.
