Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a senior .NET developer to take a requirement from concept to ship. You will own specification, design, coding, testing and release within an Agile team that values clean, documented code.

You will design, develop and deploy custom applications and eLearning solutions, align plans with business stakeholders, and follow a formal SDLC/ALM process rather than a solo build approach. This role requires hands-on coding and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related IT certification.
• At least 7 years as an application developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5 and C#.
• JavaScript and jQuery.
• HTML and CSS.
• Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures.
• Blazor.
• Comfort with source code management.

• Turn user requirements into designed, custom applications in an Agile environment.

This is a senior seat for a developer who can take a requirement, design the application, and ship it. You will own the work from specification through coding, testing, debugging and release, inside an Agile team that expects clean, documented code.

You will design, develop and deploy custom applications, and you will also build eLearning solutions that train and support the people who use them. Plans are coordinated with the development team and the business. Delivery follows a formal software development lifecycle and application lifecycle management process, so this is not a solo build-and-forget role.
