• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; driver license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily care and educational development of children aged 2-7 years.
• Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to individual developmental needs, incorporating play-based learning.
• Manage children's schedules, including meals, naps, hygiene, and engaging recreational activities.
• Provide guidance and support in social-emotional development, teaching conflict resolution and empathy.
• Coordinate and supervise educational outings, playdates, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and well-being.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment, adhering to all safety standards.
• Assist with homework supervision and encourage good study habits.
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating patience, kindness, and respect.
