Job summary

AiR is seeking an experienced data/ML engineer to build and own production-ready ML pipelines and scalable APIs. You will design robust data platforms and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, creating resilient architectures and establishing engineering standards.

You will collaborate with global teams and be able to explain complex technical outputs to clients while mentoring junior engineers. The role offers hybrid work and strong progression opportunities in a fast-growing AI business.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in data or ML engineering, with a focus on end-to-end pipelines.
• Strong Python or TypeScript development skills.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, ideas-driven, and committed to engineering quality.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
