The candidate will perform critical path and earned value analyses, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to OHSA, SHE, and company governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project planning, mining or heavy industry
• Strong analytical skills for critical path and earned value analyses
• Proficiency with MS Projects or Primavera and MS Office
• Ability to mentor and coach planning professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach planning professionals, ensuring accurate project schedules
• Monitor project plans, perform critical path and earned value analyses
• Maintain up-to-date project programmes and report progress to managers and clients
• Support OHSA and SHE policy compliance for safe operations
• Coordinate with operations to align schedules with scope and contractual obligations
• Ensure document control and adherence to EPM standards
• Contribute to improvement of planning standards, tools, and methodologies
• Provide technical support for cost planning and schedule validation
• Promote best practices and accountability within the team
• Represent Exxaro in meetings with clients and stakeholders
