Job summary

Objective Personnel is seeking a CAD drafter with experience in mining equipment detailing and substantial proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. The role targets applications for detailing machining, welding, and protective coatings across the equipment suite.

Experience with Advanced Steel, Plant, Revit Structure or Vault is advantageous. A Matric with strong maths background and an MDDOP certificate are preferred qualifications for the candidate pool in Gauteng, Midrand.

Qualifications

• Matric with strong maths, trig and geometry.
• MDDOP certificate in drafting.

Responsibilities

• Mining process equipment detailing including machining, welding and coating requirements for equipment.
• Detailing for Industrial Mixers/Agitators.
• Detailing Carbon and Resin Mineral Processing Screens.
• Detailing CIL, CIP and RIP Plants.
• Detailing Electrowinning Cells.
• Detailing Carbon Regeneration Kilns.
• Detailing Tanks and launders including sheet metal.
• Detailing Structures including access arrangements, grating and handrailing.
• Detailing Pipe manifolds including supports.
• In house fabrication experience would be a major plus.
