Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Trade certificate: Millwright preferred.
• N3 (Electrical/Mechanical) or higher.
• Minimum 35 years’ experience in manufacturing/FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and planned maintenance on plant equipment.
• Conduct fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Minimise downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Install, test, and commission new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain PLC systems (basic fault finding and diagnostics).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
