Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and injectables (if qualified).
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and explain procedures.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client safety.
• Maintain meticulous client records and track progress effectively.
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and in perfect working order.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the beauty & wellness industry.
• Mentor and train junior aesthetician staff, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy from an accredited institution.
