Job summary

Green Media in Johannesburg offers a hybrid role as Advertising Sales Representative. You will negotiate high-value media deals, expand our partner network, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and to KPI standards.

The role requires a seasoned negotiator with collaborative spirit and a track record of growing advertising value, leveraging our deadstock platform to create powerful media opportunities for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in high-level media negotiation, planning, or strategic roles within media/advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million Rand negotiation or sales targets.
• Deep knowledge across TV, radio, OOH, digital and print with a strong SA media network.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with media partners to secure high-value advertising deals.
• Develop strategic media plans to deliver strong ROI using our barter model.
• Onboard 10+ new media partners each quarter and expand the network.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and client management for campaign execution.
• Maintain long-term relationships with media partners and clients.
• Ensure timely campaign delivery and KPI-aligned performance reporting.
