Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of innovative renewable energy systems and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SolidWorks or similar software.
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations, to ensure system performance and durability.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, control system engineers, and project managers to integrate mechanical systems effectively.
• Specify and select materials, components, and equipment for renewable energy applications.
• Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols for prototypes and production units, analyzing results and implementing design improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical challenges throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the R&D efforts, exploring new technologies and innovative solutions for renewable energy generation and storage.
• Ensure designs meet all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on energy systems or related fields.
