The role requires 5–10 years in mechanical engineering with strong pump/pipeline experience, project management capabilities, and a strategic mindset to align engineering with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pump and pipeline design.
• Strong knowledge of pumping and piping systems.
• Experience with tailings management is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept studies for slurry and high-pressure water systems.
• Manage specialist consultants through study stages to execution.
• Review existing pump/pipeline systems and identify bottlenecks.
