Qualifications

• BSc with Honours in Engineering or BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience, with pump and pipeline design.
• Project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop pump and pipeline systems for slurry and high‑pressure water projects.
• Manage external consultants and internal teams through studies to execution.
• Drive innovative hydro mining solutions and new technologies.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver strategic projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and implement NXTGEN initiatives and reporting to EXCO.
