Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is searching for a skilled Draughtsman to join their engineering team in Germiston. The ideal candidate must possess strong SolidWorks experience and be capable of producing accurate CAD drawings and 3D models. Responsibilities include updating BOMs, conducting inspections, and preparing documentation. Candidates should have a Matric / Grade 12, NQF 4 with Maths, and relevant experience in steel fabrication and technical drawing. A detailed understanding of PDM systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong SolidWorks experience essential for 3D modelling and machining tolerances.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in drafting and design.
• Knowledge of steel materials and fabrication processes.
• SolidWorks experience is essential (3D modelling + machining tolerances).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• PDM knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities
