You will lead 3D CAD design, CFD analyses, and testing, collaborating with a remote team of engineers. A master's in mechanical engineering and 8+ years of experience are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of advanced thermal management systems and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, precise drawings, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) using industry-leading software.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses, including CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), thermal analysis, stress analysis, and transient simulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team of engineers, including thermal specialists, electrical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Specify materials, select components (pumps, fans, heat sinks), and define manufacturing processes suitable for thermal applications.
• Develop and execute robust testing and validation plans for thermal systems, analyzing performance data and iterating designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex thermal and mechanical design challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to the R&D of next-generation thermal technologies and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation, reports, and design review presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal management technology and simulation techniques.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermodynamics or Thermal Sciences.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the design and analysis of thermal systems.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
• Extensive experience with CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+) and thermal analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
• Proven ability to design and optimize heat exchangers, cooling systems, and thermal fluid loops.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
