Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy institution and relevant professional registration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wellness team.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and aromatherapy, adapting techniques to meet individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for clients, integrating massage therapy with other holistic practices.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments, manage therapist schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene.
