The role requires 7+ years in management consulting, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in management consulting, strategy development, or market analysis focusing on market entry.
• Proven track record in developing market entry strategies for diverse clients.
• Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, competitive analysis, strategic frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with hybrid work models and flexibility.
• Strong project management and leadership potential.
• Familiarity with international business practices and emerging markets.
• Based in or willing to commute to Sandton, Gauteng for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, analysis, and segmentation for potential new markets.
• Develop comprehensive market entry strategies, including competitive positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Assess risks and opportunities associated with new market penetration.
• Advise clients on optimal entry modes (e.g., organic growth, M&A, partnerships).
• Develop financial projections and business cases for market entry initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to define product-market fit and value propositions.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory, cultural, and operational considerations for new markets.
• Lead client engagements, managing project teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
