Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in South Africa's Gauteng region to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and governance across the business. You will drive profitability improvements, partner with business leaders on commercial initiatives, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

The role focuses on delivering insightful reports, maintaining controls, and guiding strategic decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification.
• Over 12 years of financial experience, with more than 5 years in FP&A.
• FMCG or manufacturing experience is essential.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the business.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and performance insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive monthly, weekly, and long-term forecasting activities.
