Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within a well-established FMCG environment. You will drive profitability, cost efficiency, and strategic insights while guiding a high-performing FP&A team.

The role requires a CA(SA) or CIMA qualification with 12+ years in finance, including 5+ years in FP&A, and FMCG/manufacturing exposure; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is required.
• 12+ years of financial experience with 5+ years in FP&A.
• FMCG or manufacturing industry experience is essential; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and performance insights to support strategic decisions.
• Drive monthly, weekly, and long-term forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, revenue performance, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to support planning, budgeting, and commercial initiatives.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while driving continuous process improvement.
• Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance across FP&A activities.
