As part of your portfolio as Senior Manager: Enterprise Engineering you will be responsible to:

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale platforms and integrations that power MTN Group Fintech’s core business operations. This role is accountable for building scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems that connect wallets, channels, ERP, and partner ecosystems—enabling rapid innovation, seamless customer experiences, and operational excellence across markets
• Shape the enterprise engineering vision and roadmap
• Drive secure-by-design and API-first enablement across products and services
• Orchestrate cross-functional squads, partners, and vendors to accelerate delivery
• Ensure enterprise platforms meet business agility, compliance, and resilience requirements
• Build a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-year tertiary degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise/platform engineering
