• Minimum 15 years of insurance underwriting experience.
• Preferably 10 years in short-term engineering insurance.
• Experience managing an underwriting team.
• Quoting and approval experience beneficial.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Relevant Degree or Diploma completed.
• FAIS compliance required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy underwriting administration for new business and endorsements.
• Provide terms on existing policies and support brokers.
• Ensure targets and SOP adherence across the team.
