Monocle is a people-centric independent consulting firm specialising in banking and insurance. We are seeking a Manager-level management consultant to lead engagements, drive successful project delivery, and mentor analysts across client projects.

The ideal candidate holds a degree (postgraduate preferred), 5+ years in financial services, and strong technical skills in SQL, SAS, Python and BI tools. You will be expected to build client relationships and contribute to growth while delivering

Qualificações

• Degree required, postgraduate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services consulting.
• Experience leading large teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consulting engagements with clients.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects.
