Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Equivalent.
• CA(SA) or CIMA professional registration.
• Extensive experience in management accounting and reporting.
• Strong ERP and financial controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate monthly management accounts, balance sheet, cash flow and other finance reports.
• Review monthly flash and provide commentary for accuracy.
• Analyse cost reports and perform variance analyses to guide decisions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and cost reduction.
• Coordinate forecasting, board packs and quarterly reviews with heads of departments.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and strengthen internal controls.
