Qualificações

• Proven leadership of engineering teams with hands‑on maintenance experience.
• Diploma/certifications relevant to maintenance and plant operations.
• GCC Factories studies would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Engineering team across shifts, addressing HR and IR issues.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of all team members and ensure KPI delivery.
• Train and mentor the team to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with HR to recruit technically capable staff aligned with culture.
• Lead safety and food safety compliance within maintenance activities.
