Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity.
• Proven success in originating and executing M&A and capital markets deals.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods (DCF, comparables), and deal structuring.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
• Lead and manage complex M&A transactions from origination to close.
• Develop and execute capital-raising strategies (debt and equity).
• Prepare financial models, valuations and deal proposals for presentations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and market participants.
• Identify new business opportunities and originate deals.
• Stay informed on market trends, economics and regulatory changes.
• Mentor junior bankers and ensure regulatory and compliance standards.
