Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, hospitality management, or catering management, preferably with luxury events.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex events.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, food and beverage service, and event logistics.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing event staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of all assigned catering events, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into successful event plans.
• Develop detailed event proposals, including menus, staffing, logistics, and budgets.
• Coordinate with the culinary team, service staff, and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Oversee on-site event execution, managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for each event.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venue partners.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Contribute to menu development and service innovation based on client feedback and industry trends.
