Placements24 seeks a Senior Project Manager based in Nelspruit to lead complex logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams, 3PLs, and vendors to deliver on-time, on-budget projects that boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in logistics project management, hands-on leadership, and experience with WMS/TMS deployments and process improvements across warehousing, transportation, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience managing large logistics projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex supply chain transformations.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and supply chain improvement projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, 3PLs, and supply chain partners.
• Implement and manage new logistics technologies (WMS, TMS).
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies in the network.
