Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with logistics and supply chain expertise to lead cross‑functional improvement projects in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will drive optimization, manage new logistics technologies, and collaborate with operations, IT and partners to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of logistics project management, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and hands‑on experience with WMS or TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM, Logistics, or Business Admin) required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience with WMS or TMS implementations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closing of logistics and supply chain improvement projects.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Analyze current logistics processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders.
