Enablesa, a client-focused logistics partner in Queenstown, seeks a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain and transportation operations. You will drive efficiency, manage carriers, and optimize processes to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with hands-on experience in LMS and ERP systems, budgeting, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Experience with LMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation providers and suppliers.
• Optimize logistics routes and shipping schedules to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise and train logistics staff and foster a team-oriented environment.
