Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney in Randburg, Gauteng. The role requires Admitted Attorney status with 5+ years of post-admission litigation experience and a strong ability to appear in court and manage client relationships.

Experience in general and commercial litigation, including High Court and Magistrates' Court matters, and exposure to employment disputes are advantageous. You will handle a varied caseload with emphasis on clients and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years' post-admission Litigation experience.
• Confident appearing in Court and representing Clients.
• Experience consulting with Clients and managing Client relationships.
• Strong Litigation drafting and Case management skills.
• Strong experience in General and Commercial Litigation, including High Court and Magistrates' Court matters.
• Experience in commercial disputes.
• Exposure to employment and labour law disputes advantageous.
• Excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Court and in hearings.
• Manage and develop client relationships throughout matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other litigation documents; manage case files.
• Advise clients on strategies and outcomes across general and commercial disputes.
